Having established new churches on the island of Crete, Paul placed his faithful man Titus there to make sure that everything was set in order. This included the appointing of elders, but much more than that. Looking through GodĂ˘â‚¬â„˘s eyes, and knowing where God had brought him, he knew that the gospel has the power to change people. But they needed teaching and training from the Bible. They needed a blueprint.
The soul should long and thirst for God, but all too often the thirsting is ignored or the refreshing life-giving fountain that only God provides is replaced by something that will never satisfy.
